THE ULTIMATE COOKING SCHOOL is recommended to individuals/teams who are interested in becoming MBA, KCBS and/or FBA participants and do not know where to start or what to expect. OR, this is an excellent class for the current competition team who is in a slump or is just tired of not winning.
The MBA, KCBS & FBA competition cooking schools are run in the same format as an actual sanctioned event. Each of the meat cuts are covered according to sanction rules. Why will THE ULTIMATE COOKING SCHOOL produce winners? Myron Mixon, three-time World Champion at MIM and six-time Team Of The Year winner will be the lead instructor. James Britt and Buster Dunn (who aren’t to shabby either), will assist along with David Hair of the Jack’s Old South Cooking Team. Their will be plenty of individualized attention to make sure everyone’s specific needs are met.

Our classes are not held in classroom format, our instructors and students are hands-on and everyone participates.
THE ULTIMATE COOKING SCHOOL is a two day school, typically a Saturday and Sunday. Both days classes begin at 9:00am and end late afternoon. The cost for this two day class is $750.00 per person.
